The Blizzard Big 5 has been an integral part of the Blizzard program since 2003.  Our standards are very high for both the players, parents, coaches and everyone who is a part of our program.  While it is the goal to educate and enhance each players baseball ability, it is just has important to us that each member of the teams know the importance of our Blizzard Big 5 which include:

• Acceptance of Responsibility / Control what you can control - Attitude, Effort and Preparation

• Loyalty - to your faith, family, friends and the program - don't forget where you came from and what got you there

• Humility, Class and Body Language

• Synergism - team chemistry; the total is greater than the sum of its parts

• Kaizen - continuous improvements, every day, in small increments
