DESCRIPTION:
Our 507 Softball Hitting Program is designed to assess and train current weaknesses with the goal of competing at the next level. We blend cues with external and internal focuses to help each player train as efficiently as possible. We have the tools, knowledge, and passion to help each player achieve their goals.
Session 1 - Ages 12-18 - Sundays 6-7pm
Cost: $106 per month
($100 + $6 Fee)

*Feb 8th is a Saturday session

This program has been created to mold and enhance hitters for their upcoming season
PHASE 1 - ASSESS
- Introduction to hitting drills
- Develop personalized hitting routine
PHASE II - TRAIN
This results-driven program will cover all aspects of hitting including:
- Dynamic Warm-Ups
- Personalized Hitting Plan
- Lower-Half Work
- Velocity and Off-Speed training
- Hand Speed and Bat Speed
*Parents are more than welcome to listen, record, take notes and ask questions during all of the sessions
*Players should wear shorts or softball pants (no cleats)
