Camp Details

Monday’s- Defensive Day: Individual position work- learn the ins and outs of your primary/secondary position with the reps to get them right. Positional work includes Outfield, Infield, Pitching, Catching.

Wednseday’s: Hitting and Baserunning
Hitting – Will focus on results driven plan to improve- balance, bat speed, and mental approach.  Implementing new drills to improve your game while focusing on fundamentals.  Baserunning will focus on leads and reads and understanding concepts to improve baserunning instincts.

Friday’s: Team Day/Competition Day
Focus will be on team defense from cuts and relays to run downs.  Will also competitions in both hitting and fielding.  Most of these days will end with a scrimmage.
